At Computer Mania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and accessories. If your tech isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Computer Mania account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Hardware

  Carefully place the item back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
